This site is operated by Head to Health LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. We keep it simple because our data handling is simple.

What we collect

The only information we collect is what you choose to enter in the contact form:

• Your name and email address (required, so we can reply);
• Your general availability, if you provide it;
• Anything you write about what you'd like to work on, if you provide it.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site. If you never submit the form, we collect nothing about you beyond the standard, short-lived connection logs kept by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to you and, if you'd like, to set up a free intro call. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How it's handled

When you submit the form, your details are delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend). The site itself does not store your submission in a database. The form is protected from spam and abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; these providers process your request solely to deliver and secure it. Once we've received your inquiry, your information lives in our email and any notes we keep to follow up with you.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just get in touch and we'll take care of it. If we ever begin coaching together, the information you share as a client is covered by our coaching agreement rather than this website policy.

If we change how this site handles information, we'll update this page and the date above.
